Our clothing is printed to order. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind & Sizing

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a preference for a different colour, or an incorrectly selected size. This does not affect any cancellation, return, or refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.

If the item you receive is incorrectly labelled or does not match the product description, please contact us so we can investigate.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong item, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs where possible. Please keep the item and packaging while we review your request.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Before Returning an Item

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. The address on your parcel may not be a return address.

Where a return is required, we will explain the process and any applicable shipping costs before you send it. These instructions do not limit your statutory rights.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Once production has started, we may be unable to make changes or offer a voluntary cancellation.

Any cancellation rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we will notify you and issue it to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Missing Orders

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and the carrier.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods and any applicable distance-selling cancellation rights.
