These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the Wolfilm Designs online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Our Products
Wolfilm Designs offers clothing featuring original photographic artwork. Garments are printed to order. Please review the description, measurements, available sizes, and printing details before ordering. Screen settings and production processes can cause slight differences in colour; this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.
Orders and Payment
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Review the currency, items, shipping charges, taxes shown, and total at checkout before paying. If a product becomes unavailable or we identify a pricing or processing error, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
Production and Delivery
Production takes place before shipment. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and shipping service and are not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. Contact us if an order is delayed, missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly so we can investigate and help.
Changes, Returns and Refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible once production begins. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to report problems and request a remedy. Nothing in these terms limits cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Artwork and Website Use
Purchasing a garment does not transfer rights to reproduce or commercially use its artwork. Please do not copy, redistribute, or use content owned by Wolfilm Designs commercially without permission, except where permitted by law. You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Privacy and External Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. External websites or services linked from the store may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your Rights and Updates
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms for future purchases by posting a revised version with a new date. Updates will not remove rights relating to orders already placed.
